The villa is distributed over two floors. It is spacious and has several areas where you can enjoy the sun and relax.
On the ground floor is the living room with built-in benches, great views of the sea and a table for meals, access to the terrace. Spacious kitchen. From the living room there is access to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the terrace. From the living room an Ibiza style staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room.
The house has an interior patio where there are three bedrooms. A bedroom for children, with a single bed plus a trundle bed and a compact en suite shower-room. Another with double bed and shower-room close to the bedroom. The last bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite shower-room.
Fantastic outdoor area, with barbecue area, table to enjoy meals with sea views. Swimming pool and several areas where you can enjoy the sun and the shade. Access to the sea from the rocks.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.
