The villa Ferrer consists of a main building and an annex. The main building has a lounge with doors accessing the front terrace. Two steps go down to the dining area with large patio doors opening onto the grass and charming pool area. Well equipped kitchen with access to the pool and garden. The ground floor also offers three twin bedrooms -one of them with en suite shower-. The others share a separate shower-room.
At the rear of the villa, exterior steps lead to the first floor terrace and annex with a double bedroom, en suite shower-room with a washing machine. This double room is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster.

All bedrooms have air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.

There is a barbecue room just off the dining room with a built-in barbecue and a sink, which is ideal to prepare a dinner barbecue. This room opens directly onto the private pool and garden. There is a partially covered terrace with terrace furniture to enjoy a nice al fresco dinner. The swimming pool is surrounded by a grass area with sun beds which is ideal to enjoy the summery days and to relax.
