Two-storey villa. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the porch and pool area. Well-equipped kitchen with a larder, spacious dining table and access to the porch. Utility room and guest toilet beside the kitchen. This floor offers three bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a separate shower room. The third one is a double bed -two mattreses pushed together- with access to the porch and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. An interior stairs take to the upper floor where is the master double bedroom with integrated open shower room and access to its private terrace with chill-out area.
Fantastic large and well-kept garden with a relaxing atmosphere as it counts with pool and several eating and sitting areas where you can relax. There is also a garden giant checkers game, for fun of children and adults.
The bedrooms have air condidioning cold/warm with fixed and limited timetable.
