Acebuche counts with two floors and an annex next to pool. The ground floor offers a living/dining room with sofas and a dining table. From the living area there is access to a large covered terrace and to the lawned garden. The kitchen is located close to the dining room. This floor also counts with three bedrooms. Two twin with access to the side covered terrace. Both share a separate bathroom and a shower room with two single showers. There is also a double with access to the pool terrace/pool and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a dressing area. From this bedroom there is access to a terrace roof. This bedroom can also be reached by an exterior stairs from the garden to the terrace roof.
Outside by the pool we find a separate simple twin bedroom with compact en-suite shower room.

There is AA/CC cold warm in all bedrooms and the living/dining area with a limited timetable.

The large lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees provide a nice shade. There is a large sided covered terrace with a sitting area with sofas to relax and table with chairs to enjoy delicious "al fresco" evening meals. Brick-built barbecue.

The pool area is really pleasant with a pool (salt water system) with roman steps, a large sun terrace with reclining sun beds and a sitting area.
