Finca Cavea is a typical 150 year old Mallorcan country house with lots of character, situated just 1km from the small village of Cas Concos with some local shops, bakery and great restaurants. The resort and beaches of Cala D'or and Porto Colom are 14km away.

Cavea has the typical layout of a Mallorcan country house. It is tastefully furnished with a combination of typical Mallorcan and contemporary furniture. It is tastefully furnished with a combination of typical Mallorcan and contemporary furniture.
From the entrance you go directly to the living room with a stove. Here you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a table for meals and access to the porch and the pool. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as a shower-room.
A staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious living room and two further bedrooms, each with twin beds. These bedrooms share a shower-room. Near the barbecue, there is an outdoor bathroom with a bathtub.
The bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with a limited schedule (14:00-16:00 & 22:00-09:00)
A porch with a barbecue invites you to spend evenings outdoors. The house has a fenced swimming pool, a terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun while relaxing and a lawn area.
