The Mesquida villa for 10 people with private pool is located in a quiet residential area of Porto Colom, Mallorca. Porto Colom is one of the largest natural ports in Mallorca, which continues to maintain the charm of fishing villages.

Mesquida is a villa full of character that combines nicely different styles of furniture. From the hall there is access to the living room with two comfortable sofas around the fireplace. From here patio doors open to the terrace and pool area. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. Close to the kitchen is the utility room with the washing machine and also a guest toilet. From the hall, stairs take us to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms. A double bedroom with antique bed and charming bay views. This bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and access to the balcony also with sea views. The second is a a twin bedroom with access to the balcony with lovely bay views. Adjacent to this bedroom there is a shower-room to be shared with the other two bedrooms. The last two bedrooms are twins.
Lovely sun terrace with sun beds and a beautiful pool; the ideal place to enjoy the long summery days. There is a small covered terrace by the pool with a comfortable sitting area to relax reading your favourite book and a dining table to enjoy "al fresco" meals. At the side there is also covered area with a table and chairs.
