It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of the quiet coastal town of Porto Colom; one of the largest natural harbours in Mallorca. Porto Colom still retains the charm of a fishing village where today you can still see fishermen repairing their nets on the quayside. Villa Martin is a one-storey house with a private pool. The house offers an open living/dining room with French doors opening onto the pool area. The separate kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has a breakfast table. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry area. Martin offers three bedrooms. One with a double bed, direct access to the pool area and an en-suite shower-room. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, share a separate shower-room.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.
The house is fully fenced. During the long summer days you can relax in the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. On the terrace there is an area for enjoying great meals outside; with a table, chairs and a built-in barbecue.
