Three floor terraced house. From the main entrance an staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open living/dining room with open kitchen and access to the terrace with open views of the surroundings. On this terrace is the washing machine and dryer. On this floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor where is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. On this floor there is also a large room where the children can play.
On the ground floor there is a garage with space to park 3 cars. From the garage you can access the back of the house where there is a porch with a ceiling fan, and an extra kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, sink and a large refrigerator.
Full bathroom.
In this area you will find the pool with an awning and a wide step where you can sit and relax in the water. Grassy area next to the pool.
Outdoor shower next to the pool with hot and cold water.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours.
