Villa Mar Gran is beautiful designed in "Old Ibizan" style, distributed over two floors.
A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door.
From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room. Kitchen well equiped kitchen with a breakfast table. Leading off from the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace that has en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is off from the opposite side of the living room, a smaller twin bedded room which has a compact en suite shower-romm. There is an extra compact a shower room adjacent to this bedroom.
From the dining area, a stair leads to the upper floor with a second living room and the master bedrooms. The living room features two sofas and sliding doors that open onto a terrace with wonderful open sea views. The bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite shower-room, also has sliding doors leading to the same terrace with fantastic sea views, as well as another side terrace, also with fabulous open sea views.
There is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Well kept lawned garden with palm trees and bushes.
The terrace by the pool has a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals with overlooking the pool as well as open sea views.
The kidney shaped pool has a shallow end for children.
