NOTE: Air conditioning in the living room with fixed and limited hours. The bedrooms have fans.

There is a community pool overlooking the sea and direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Well kept garden with lawned areas has many pine trees that give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park.
