Situation
In the southern part of Mallorca between the towns of Campos and Santanyi in a very large property is situated the farmhouse "Gallicant". The beautiful beaches of Es Trenc and Mondrago are reachable in a 10 minute drive, Palma in 30 minutes. Santanyi, the lovely market town and Cala D'Or, the well known tourstic resort, is not more than a 12 minute drive away.
The farmhouse
"Gallicant" is lovely farmhouse in the middle of the mallorquin countryside. 1km distance to roads means a lot of tranquillity.
A covered terrace leads into the dining-lounge area, both well furnished for 6-8 people. In the lounge area there is a sleep aid on the sofa for 2 person. An american kitchen, also well furnished, leads on the barbecue area.
Also on the groundfloor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms.
Outdoor
Wonderful lawned garden with a large pool, surrounded by olive and pine trees. Sunbeds and barbecue invite to relax.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). Availability of cots, highchairs, extra beds for 5 € per night/each.

The published prices include central heating, but if you want you can rent the farmhouse without heating for 30 €/ night less. If you want to heat with the chimney, a load of wood (aprox. 400 Kg) costs 150 €.
