Large house distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with a dining table and a living room. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. A hallway next to the kitchen leads to two more bedrooms. One with twin beds, and an adjacent bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. These two bedrooms have access to the pool area.

Near the pool, an external staircase leads up to the upper floor which has a living room with access to a small terrace with distant views of the port of Porto Petro. This floor has three more bedrooms. One with twin beds and another with a double bed. Next to these bedrooms there is a bathroom with bathtube and a separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, a small living room, a shower-room and access to a small terrace.

There is AA/CC cold warm in all bedrooms and the living room with a limited timetable and temperature controlled.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a chill-out area with beautiful views of Porto Petro.
