Villa distributed on two floors. Upstairs are the living room with panoramic windows overlooking the Cala D’or marina and the dining room with access to the terrace. The kitchen is next to the dining. The magnificent terrace has a table for "al fresco" meals. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with single beds, one with a double bed. All of them has access to the terrace where the pool is located. They share 2 bathrooms. The pool is surrounded by this spacious terrace with palm trees. There is a billiard, a ping pong table and a built-in barbecue.
There is a small apartment on the top floor which is occasionally used by the owner. He is by no means in the outdoor area or at the pool. Privacy is secured.
