Villa for 9 people in a privileged setting to enjoy tranquility and views

Binifarda Dor offers a beautiful country design. The house counts with a main building where is located the kitchen/living/dining room and two bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are located outside in a separated area.

From the exterior a few steps up take us to the main building. On the ground floor there is a open spacious area that holds the kitchen, dining and living area. It counts with a well equipped island kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable living area. There is also a beaufitul designed four-sided fireplace between the living and the dining area. By the kitchen is the laundry room. On this floor there is also a single bedroom that has access to the outside and a separate shower room. From this floor, through a narrow wooden stairs, there is access to a double bedroom located on an upper floor. It has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a big corner bath. This bedroom can also be accessed from the exterior.

The other three bedrooms are separated from the house and have external access. They are in a lower level. A few steps down from the terrace lead to this area. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom.

All the ground floor of the main building offers underground heating. The bedroom located on the first floor of the main house and also the external bedrooms count air conditioning cold/warm.

Large covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs to enjoy “al fresco” meals. There is a portable barbecue. From the covered terrace, a few steps take us down to the pool area with large sun terrace and sun beds; the perfect to relax and enjoy the long summery days. From here you have great panoramic views.
