Sivina Sanau is a spacious villa full of natural light with cooling marble tiles throughout, furnished with a classic style. Through the spacious hall there is access to the open living/dining room with doors opening to the garden and furnished poolside terrace. Beautiful open plan kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. This floor also offers two bedrooms; one bedroom and a separate family bathroom with a raised circular bath an a separate large shower. The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room that has access to the outside -this shower room holds the washing machine-. Tumble dryer available in the garage. The marble staircase leads upstairs into a further lounge with access to a terrace with fine views across the garden, pool and tennis court. The upper floor has three more bedrooms. The master double bedroom that has a window overlooking the pool area and a separate dressing area, and two twin bedrooms that have windows overlooking open countryside. These bedrooms share a marble tiled bathroom that has a round bath. Bathrooms with hairdryer.
