Babo Porto Colom is beautiful villa situated in a wonderful water front position just one step from the sea and with direct access to the sea. You will be able to yo enjoy relaxing swims and astonishing views of the calm waters and the fishing town of Porto Colom. The villa is located in a quiet area on the road that leads from Porto Colom old town to the small sandy coves of S’Arenal and Es Babo; just 2 minutes drive from Porto Colom old town and 4 to the harbour. Both coves are 150 meters from the villa and S’Algar a small unspoiled rocky cove is 2 minutes drive. Porto Colom is still being a charming fishing port where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. It offers many nice restaurants in water front position, shops, and supermarkets. During the summer season you can also practice water sports such as diving, sailing or canoeing. You can also rent a bike and discover all the charming corners of Porto Colom. 3 km. away from Porto Colom is the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.

The villa

Babo Porto Colom is a beautiful two-storey Majorcan style villa of 250sq. meters, offering high standard and well furnished accommodation with lots of relaxing space. The ground floor boasts a spacious and comfortably furnished open plan area comprising of an airy living and dining area with wonderful views of the calm waters of Porto Colom. The well equipped kitchen with a larder connects to the large patio area with lots of space for relaxing or for the children to play. This floor also boats a nice twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and has direct access to the back patio. The fully equipped family bathroom completes the ground floor.

The first floor that offers parquet floor in all the areas, boasts a twin bedroom with lots of natural light, fitted wardrobes and a large window overlooking the back patio. The charming master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom enjoys spectacular views of the sea and the pine trees. The en-suite bathroom can also be reached by a second door located in the corridor close to the twin bedroom. This floor also offers a comfortable and airy second living room with charming views of the sea. From the living area a large sliding glass door leads us to a small covered terrace with astonishing views of the sea. On this floor there is also the utility room.

The villa is also available during the winter season and offers central heating as well as a fireplace in the living area.

Outdoor

Enjoy a relaxing swim just one step out of the villa in the crystal clear water of Porto Colom bay. At front of the villa there is an open terrace and a lawn area to enjoy a relaxing breakfasts or “al fresco” dinner overlooking the superb views of the pine trees and the sea just 30 metres away. The front of the villa boasts superb views of the calm waters of Porto Colom, the ideal spot to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Here you can also lie down on a deck chair and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this charming area reading your favourite book. The large private patio at the back of the villa offers a covered terrace with a barbecue, a table and chairs. The villa also offers 2 car garage.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.
