Situation
Located in the heart of Cala D'Or at just a couple of minutes walk to the centre and to the beaches of Cala D'Or and Cala Gran, Villa Piscis has without any doubt a beautiful location.
The villa
Built in the traditional Ibizan style and with a large private garden with a wonderful pool. Surrounded by trees and hedges nothing will disturb your privacy.
The front door lead to the hall which will impress you with its lightly winter garden with direct light from the roof. The hall, which has a guest toilet, opens in front of you to a spacey dining lounge with large patio doors going onto the front terrace. Close to the dining there is the well furnished kitchen with an utility room with one further fridge and freezer. On the ground floor there are 3 twin bedrooms which share 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
First floor
From the entrance hall stairs lead up to the first floor. You reach the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. Direct access to a sun terrace. Also on the first floor there is a separate entrance to an apartment with a twin bedroom and a shower room.
Outdoor
The villa is surrounded by a large lawned garden and hedges to the exterior. From the covered terrace which extends over the whole length of the villa you get to the garden and the very nice pool area.
