Location

This Ibiza-style villa is located in a residential area of Cala Egos, a part of Cala D’Or, very close to the small cove “Caló des Pou” approximately 600m,. Only 400m. away is the centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants and bars. In a short walk you will reach the glamorous marina of Cala D’Or. The centre of Cala D’Or and its well-known pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafeterias in about 4km. by car or approximately 15minutes walk.

The villa

This is a nice and spacious villa with three separate entries, which makes it ideal for families with children or groups of friends. It boasts a spacious garden with a fenced pool. The villa is closed with hedge plants to enjoy a certain degree of privacy. The villa counts with a main house, a studio and a small guesthouse by the pool. All the bedrooms count with A/C cold/warm, furthermore the bedrooms of the main house also offer ceiling fans.

Main house

The main house offers a living/dining with a Sat-TV, open fireplace, sofas and access to the lovely partially covered terrace that offers comfortable terrace furniture. From the living/dining area there is access to the well equipped kitchen. There are also two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom.

Studio

It is located on the first floor and the access it through an exterior stairs. The studio consists of a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate terrace with terrace furniture.

Small guesthouse

It is located by the pool and boasts a bedroom with a portable single bed and a shower room.

Outside
Fenced and spacious garden of approximately 600sq. meter with well-kept grass areas and tall palm tress what makes it ideal for families with children. There is a lovely kidney shaped pool and sun beds to enjoy the long summery days. The small guesthouse also boasts a partly covered terrace with terrace furniture and a barbecue.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.

It is possible to park on the street. Car is recommended but not necessary.
