The villa
Montevela is a new and very attractively furnished villa. On the ground floor there is an open lounge/dining area with a well equipped open plan kitchen. Patio doors leads to the terrace with a inviting dining table, BBQ and views over the smart pool and lawn of the small well-kept garden. On the ground floor there is as well a twin bedroom and a separate bath. A Staircase leads up to two more double bedrooms one of them with a small terrace and the other with exit to a very spacious one, furnished with another table and sun beds. Both bedrooms share a shower room.
Outdoor The villa is set in enclosed garden and the small pool (5,50 x 4,50m; aprox. 1,50m depth) allows to refresh after having a sun bath in the garden or on the top terrace. The covered terrace on the ground with the BBQ is ideal for meals al fresco. |
