Location
Enjoy a water front location with panoramic views in Cala D'Or – Cala Egos. The centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants and bars is at a 5 minute walk, the marina of Cala D'Or with restaurants and bars directly at the waterfront is reachable in a 10 minute walk and the centre of Cala D'Or in a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

The villa
A beautiful designed villa overlooking the beach of Cala des Pou at Cala D'Or – Cala Egos. Inside, the villa counts with light and bright spaces, modern design and furniture in blue. Terraced and lawned gardens run down to the pool right on the edge of the sandy bay. From the entrance hall you on you right there is a double bedroom and shower room. Two steps lead down to the dining and the lounge with chimney. From there you reach the covered terrace, the lawned garden and the pool. Also the kitchen is on the ground floor with access to an utility terrace. On the first floor there are 1 double and 2 twin rooms. All of them with en-suite bathroom.

There is the possibility to place up to two extra beds on request at the cost of 5.-Euros per night each bed.

Outdoor
On the back of the house you can feel a lovely relaxed atmosphere sitting under the covered terrace with spectacular views over the terraced and lawned gardens which run down to a refreshing pool right on the edge of the bay Cala des Pou and over the yachts making their way from the open sea to the neighboured marina.
