This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, a part of Cala D'Or.� The rocky cove Cala Llamp is 500m. away and about 10 minutes walk you will reach the small the sandy beach Cala Egos and Cala Egos centre that offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is aprox. 2 km away. Cala D’Or centre that is within 3 minutes drive offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops and boasts several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming fishing villa Porto Petro where you can enjoy a nice walk by the pier with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias, is only 2 minutes drive.

The villa
This modern and bright villa is equiped with all the modern features and will satisfy all your holiday needs. It perfectly fits into the surrounding area with its Tunisian style. The entrance door leads to a lighty living room with comfortable sofas and DVD, SAT-TV and cd player. Connected with this room there is the dining room, which leads to the terrace and pool area. On the other side you will find the kitchen, equipped with modern features (electric hob and oven, huge fridge and freezer, coffe machine, toaster, kettle ...). Two twin bedrooms and a shared shower room, as well as a guest toilet complete the ground floor. The two other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and ensuite shower room are on the first floor. Both the shower rooms and bathrooms are high quality and modern style. There is a spacious terrace with views over the pool and garden as well as a ceiling terrace with views over the sea.

Outdoor
The dining room leads to the terrace with a nice and shady dining area, perfect for "al fresco" dining. Close by there is also a small relax area protected from the sun. The round pool (9x5x2m) has the system "endlesspool". It is surrounded by a nice terrace with sunbeds and garden. The is also a brick-built barbecue, outside shower and kid toys.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.
