Cala Figuera deck is the ideal spot to enjoy a pleasant and calm evening walk. Santanyí is only 4 km. away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops, cafeterias, some art galleries and a bustling weekly market. The wonderful Natural Park of Mondragó with lot of natural areas to enjoy peasant walks and its pretty sandy beach with turquoise waters is about 7km. from Cala Figuera.

The apartment

This beautiful new construction apartment located on the first floor is nicely furnished with high quality fittings and offers a bright and spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The living area offers comfy sofas to relax and enjoy the great sea views; there is also access to a large covered terrace that enjoys the most astonishing views of the calm Mediterranean blue sea. The apartment boasts two bright and airy bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There is a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have with direct access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace offers a table and chair to enjoy nice evening meals and also comfortable sun-loungers.

Pool area

The apartments have a large pool with roman steps and a terrace around it with some sun-lounger to enjoy the long summery days. From the pool area you can relax and enjoy great sea views. There is also a lawn garden.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.
