Location The residential complex Ferrera Park situated on a great waterfront position, only 200m. away from the pretty beach of Cala Ferrera. The shoping area of Cala Ferrera – a part of Cala D’Or- with shops, restaurants and cafeterias only 5 minutes walk. The apartment 103 on the ground floor and has two-storeys. From the entrance we access to a double and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. From this floor stairs will bring us downstairs where you will find a well equipped kitchen and the living/dining area with TV/DVD. From the living area there is access to the terrace with a table and chairs, with views over the sea and access to the garden and to the community pool. In this floor we find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outdoor & distances There is a community pool in front of the sea. Direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks.
